✅ Requirements

To join NexDrop Express as a subcontractor, you must:

• Have a reliable, insured vehicle (your name must be on the insurance)
  
  

• Provide a valid driver’s license
  
  

• Pass a background check and MVR check
  
  

• Have a smartphone with data plan (for dispatching and tracking)
  
  

• Be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs safely
  
  

• Wear a NexDrop Express uniform shirt while on duty
  
  

• Be dependable, punctual, and professional
  
  

📦 Must-Have Equipment

• Badge/ID (provided if needed)
  
  

• Lockbox key (provided if needed)
  
  

• Dry ice (for medical/stat runs)
  
  

• 2–3 insulated bags (ambient, refrigerated, frozen)
  
  

• Car charger for your phone
  
  

• Stylus pen for electronic signatures

• Dolly/Hand Truck
